Team Building Event Bezirksamt Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg
Blue skies and sunshine accompanied us that morning – the perfect weather for an urban adventure. On 04.07.2023 at 09:00 I welcomed the 13 participants from the district office of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg at the Palais am Festungsgraben as the CityHunters team guide and introduced everyone to our Murder Mystery Geocaching.
After a brief introduction the participants were split into two teams. Equipped with tablets and our special app the tour began: puzzles, clues and team tasks guided the teams through both well-known and surprising corners of Berlin. The blend of technology and urban sleuthing makes our offering a special experience – ideal for a team building experience in Berlin.
During the tour the teams worked independently and competed against each other in friendly rivalry. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successful team tasks and I was available by phone in case questions or technical issues arose. The atmosphere was a mix of focused puzzling, lots of laughter and genuine collaboration – exactly what a good team building experience in Berlin is all about.
Our route led the groups past iconic sites: from the Reichstag building to the Brandenburg Gate, on to Museum Island and the Berlin Cathedral – locations that became the scenes of mysterious cases in the game and showed the city from a new perspective. There were repeated moments of surprise that made discovering Berlin exciting and rewarding.
After three hours everyone met again at the Palais am Festungsgraben for the joint award ceremony. The suspense over who had scored the most points quickly gave way to a celebratory mood: successes were toasted, experiences shared and team spirit visibly strengthened. Moments like these are at the heart of an effective team building experience in Berlin.
It was a great pleasure to accompany this Murder Mystery Geocaching with the group from the district office. Experiences like these bring colleagues together in a playful way and reveal Berlin at its liveliest. I am already looking forward to the next shared adventure in the city.
