Team Building Event Bewegungsexperten Neuruppin
Our event concept combines a high-tech Scavenger Hunt with playful learning, creating a relaxed atmosphere for growing together – perfect for a team building experience in Neuruppin.
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming twelve colleagues from Bewegungsexperten Neuruppin at Bollwerk Neuruppin on June 30, 2023 at 10:00 AM. After a brief introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app, participants were split into two teams and equipped with the necessary gear. The excitement was tangible – a great start to our team building experience in Neuruppin.
The tour led the groups through Neuruppin's town center, past landmarks such as the Klosterkirche Sankt Trinitatis, the Theodor Fontane memorial and St. Marien church. At several stations interactive tasks and creative team challenges awaited, testing team spirit, powers of observation and inventiveness. Each team solved puzzles and collected points – the CityHunters app displayed scores in real time and provided a motivating live chat.
During the tour the groups moved independently and competed amicably for the highest score. I was reachable by phone at all times in case any questions or technical issues arose – keeping the experience relaxed and safe. The weather was on our side, which lifted the mood even further.
It was especially rewarding to watch how individual colleagues quickly became well-coordinated teams: shared ideas, spontaneous laughter at tricky tasks and mutual support all strengthened cohesion. That is exactly what makes our team building experience in Neuruppin so valuable.
After about three hours all participants reassembled at Bollwerk Neuruppin for the award ceremony. The brief closing round with results and awards ended the morning on a positive, motivating note.
