On June 30, 2023 at 9:30 AM I had the pleasure, as a CityHunters team guide, of welcoming a group from DB Projekt Stuttgart Ulm GmbH at the market square in Heilbronn. After a brief, informative briefing six teams were formed and the rules explained. Right from the start at the market square there was a tangible sense of anticipation: curiosity, competitive spirit and the desire to experience something together – exactly what makes a great team building experience in Heilbronn.
The tour took the teams to well-known and charming spots like Kilianskirche, the Old Town Hall and the Fleischhaus. Over roughly two and a half hours the groups were on their own, competing in friendly rivalry for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles, creative team tasks and careful observation of the surroundings. I remained reachable by phone throughout to help with questions or offer small hints. The weather was kind to us – pleasant with sunny intervals that made exploring Heilbronn even more enjoyable.
Back at the market square all teams gathered for the award ceremony. Laughter, sharing unexpected discoveries and reviewing the tasks together made it clear how much the event served as a bonding experience.
