Team Building Event Rhön-Hessische Weinbrennerei
The 30 participants from the Rhön-Hessische Weinbrennerei met on 23 June 2023 at 2:00 PM at the Kirchplatz in Lohr am Main, ready for a lively iPad Tour and a genuine team building experience in Lohr am Main.
As the CityHunters team guide, I welcomed the group, gave a brief introduction and explained the technology: each team worked with an iPad and our CityHunters app, which showed the stations, tasks and live scores. After the briefing I divided the participants into four teams, and the adventure through the city center of Lohr am Main began.
The route led the teams past well-known sights, including St. Michael, Lohr Castle and the Old Main Bridge. At the stations they faced a variety of puzzles and creative team tasks that demanded team spirit, powers of observation and imagination. The atmosphere was consistently cheerful and motivating, and solving the tasks showed how a team building experience in Lohr am Main fosters both fun and cooperation.
During the tour the teams were on their own and competed in a friendly rivalry for the most points. Points were earned by correctly solving the puzzles and successfully completing the team tasks. I was reachable by phone throughout to assist with technical questions or any uncertainties.
The weather was very pleasant, not too hot and refreshingly cool, so everyone could enjoy exploring the city at a relaxed pace. The combination of modern technology, historic locations and playful competition made the tour an entertaining experience for all involved.
After an hour and a half all teams met again at the Kirchplatz for the joint awards ceremony. The mood was exuberant, the winners were celebrated and everyone enthusiastically reflected on the memorable team moments.
