Team Building Event KESSLER Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH
As a team guide for CityHunters I had the pleasure of leading a special team building event on 23.06.2023 starting at 2:00 pm: 31 colleagues from KESSLER Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH gathered at Unser Lieben Frauen Kirchhof in Bremen, excited for our Murder Mystery Geocaching. After a brief welcome and introduction the participants were split into five teams and handed the game clues and tablets with our app — the perfect mix of technology and adventure for a genuine team building experience in Bremen.
The teams launched their investigations and set off across the city on their own. Along the route they discovered Bremen from a fresh perspective, collected clues at well-known spots and solved tricky puzzles. Stations led the groups past landmarks such as Bremen Cathedral, Bremen City Hall and the Bremen Town Musicians, which in our story became thrilling scenes. The focus was on puzzles and team challenges: creative solutions, willingness to debate and quick decision-making were all required.
During the three-hour game I was available by phone to answer questions or provide technical support. The aim, however, was clear: working together as a team and a friendly competition for the highest score. The atmosphere was full of joy and energy — just the right combination for an effective team building experience in Bremen. The weather cooperated, spirits were high, and the teams encouraged one another to look for new perspectives.
When the game time ended everyone met back at Unser Lieben Frauen Kirchhof for the debrief and award ceremony. It was great to see how varied the teams approaches were and how much the challenge strengthened their cohesion. The winning team received medals, and all participants went home with a small thank-you — memories of a shared experience that will linger long after the day.
Such Murder Mystery Geocaching events show how powerful a team building experience in Bremen can be: fun, excitement and real collaboration come together, and the city itself becomes a playground for new experiences. I am already looking forward to the next adventure in Bremen with more curious groups.
