Team Building Event Ralph Lauren
The 14 participants from Ralph Lauren gathered promptly on June 22, 2023 at 2:00 PM for a much-anticipated iPad Tour through Old Town.
In front of the Ralph Lauren store on Maximilianstraße I welcomed the group as CityHunters team guide and briefly explained the structure and schedule: after an introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters App the colleagues were divided into three teams. Each team received an iPad as their hub — the app links the teams, displays scores in real time and provides the right amount of competitive spirit. A perfect start for a team building experience in Old Town.
Then off they went: the teams roamed the city center independently and discovered Old Town from a new angle. Along the way they passed landmarks like the Frauenkirche, the New Town Hall and the Deutsches Museum — ideal settings for tricky puzzles and creative team tasks. Points were awarded for correctly solved challenges, smooth collaboration and clever strategies. While the groups were on their own, I stayed reachable by phone in case any technical questions or uncertainties arose.
The weather cooperated and the mood was both upbeat and focused. The mix of modern technology and urban discovery made clear why our iPad Tour is the right format for a team building experience in Old Town: playfulness, communication and shared success take center stage. Whether strategy, speed or a creative idea — different strengths could lead a team to victory.
After three hours all teams met again for the joint awards ceremony at our starting point in front of the store. There was great excitement as the winning team received their medals and the other groups shared their experiences. Moments like these create connections that last well beyond the afternoon and sustainably promote team building experience in Old Town.
