Team Building Event JVA Butzbach
Koblenz brings the Rhine and the Moselle together in a vibrant cityscape full of history and unexpected corners.
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming a lively group of 22 participants from JVA Butzbach at the Deutsches Eck in Koblenz on June 15, 2023 at 10:15. After a brief introduction each team received the necessary instructions and technical equipment to get started. In total we formed four teams, who eagerly and enthusiastically set off on the adventure.
The route led the groups across the city center, past well-known sights such as the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument at the Deutsches Eck, Ehrenbreitstein Fortress and St. Kastor's Church. Along the way they had to solve puzzles and complete team challenges — points were awarded for correct answers and creative teamwork. The teams worked independently and in friendly competition for the best results, a fine example of a genuine team building experience in Koblenz.
During the two hours the groups were largely on their own, but they could reach me by phone at any time if questions or small obstacles came up. The good weather added to the cheerful mood; the urban oasis and historic backdrop provided constant bursts of motivation. The mix of discovery, puzzling and joint strategy noticeably strengthened team cohesion, exactly what a team building experience in Koblenz aims to achieve.
After two hours everyone met again at the Deutsches Eck for the awards ceremony. While tallying the points and during the final gathering the teams celebrated successes, laughed and shared their favorite moments. These micro-adventures stay in the memory and create bonding experiences for everyday work life.
Anyone who wants to rediscover Koblenz while boosting team spirit will find this format an ideal combination of fun, adventure and meaningful collaboration. A team building experience in Koblenz with CityHunters is a refreshing way to experience the city and grow closer as a group.
