Team Building Event LOHMANN & Co. AG / PHW-Gruppe
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of leading a special event for LOHMANN & Co. AG / PHW-Gruppe in Bremen on 15 June 2023 at 3:30 pm. Forty-one colleagues gathered excitedly on Martinistraße, were divided into eight teams, received a brief explanation of the rules and were handed tablets with our CityHunters app. Then it was time to start: a hands-on team building experience in Bremen, full of fun.
The atmosphere was great from the start. In perfect weather the teams wandered through the streets of Bremen, searched for clues, solved puzzles and tackled creative team tasks. The route led to interesting spots and offered the chance to see well-known landmarks like the Bremen Town Musicians, Bremen City Hall and Bremen Cathedral from a new perspective. The combination of competition and exploration created plenty of shared moments and conversation starters.
Over the roughly two hours the groups were left to their own devices, trying to collect as many points as possible. Points were awarded for correctly solved tasks, skillful teamwork and clever observations. I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour to provide immediate help with questions or technical issues, and it quickly became clear how well the teams collaborated.
For me team building experience in Bremen means exactly that: people come together, try new things and strengthen trust through doing. The mix of puzzles, movement and discovering the city promotes togetherness and at the same time sparks a lively competitive spirit. Participants laughed, discussed and found solutions together, which noticeably strengthened the dynamics within the groups.
After two hours all teams met again on Martinistraße for the awards ceremony. The tension was high when the winners were announced, and the winning team was presented with medals and celebrated accordingly. Moments of shared success like these are exactly the core of a team building experience in Bremen.
I am pleased that we were able to design an engaging, lively event for LOHMANN & Co. AG / PHW-Gruppe. Geocaching in Bremen combines adventure, culture and team spirit and leaves a lasting positive impression on everyone involved.
