Team Building Event BridgeFlow GmbH
As a CityHunters team guide, I led a lively iPad Tour on June 15, 2023 with ten colleagues from BridgeFlow GmbH in Lübben. We met at Lübben station, where I welcomed the group at 11:00 and gave a brief introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app. After the quick briefing the participants split into two teams – the tension was tangible and excitement high.
Our tour combined playful challenges with an authentic city experience: the teams navigated the streets of Lübben on their own, solved puzzles and tackled creative team tasks. Points were awarded for correctly completed challenges and for successful team actions, which quickly sparked a friendly competitive spirit where cooperation and smart strategies mattered. I was available by phone throughout the route in case of technical questions or minor uncertainties.
The route took the groups past charming sights such as Lübben Castle, the Paul Gerhardt Church and the Wilhelmiter Monastery on Frauenberg. These locations provided not only beautiful backdrops but also great opportunities for the challenges. The mix of culture, history and modern technology made the experience especially engaging and showed how well city exploration and a team building experience can be combined.
The weather treated us to pleasant sunshine, which lifted everyone's spirits. The two teams played to their different strengths: sometimes speed made the difference, sometimes creativity or team communication. The CityHunters app helped track scores and keep motivation high.
After about three hours everyone met back at Lübben station for the awards ceremony. In a lively finale the top performances were celebrated and the points earned were recognized. Moments like these show how effective a team building experience in Lübben can be – fun, cohesion and shared successes clearly take center stage.
I always enjoy guiding teams on this iPad Tour and watching colleagues grow into a well-functioning team. A team building experience in Lübben is a great opportunity to rediscover the city while strengthening team spirit.
