Team Building Event Allsafe GmbH & Co. KG
The weather was perfect — bright sunshine accompanied our iPad Tour through Radolfzell am Bodensee. As the CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of welcoming the 22 participants from Allsafe GmbH & Co. KG at Radolfzell train station on June 13, 2023 at 2:00 pm and sending them off for an exciting afternoon. After a brief introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters App, the colleagues were divided into four teams and the adventure began.
Our route led the groups through the charming town center of Radolfzell am Bodensee, past well-known spots such as the Radolfzell Minster, the Österreichisches Schlösschen and the Konzertsegel. The mix of history, culture and modern technology made the tour especially varied: the iPads served as guide, task platform and scoreboard all in one.
During the tour the teams were on their own and competed against each other in a friendly rivalry. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles as well as for creative team tasks that demanded team spirit, observation and collaboration. The CityHunters App displayed the scores in real time and encouraged a motivating exchange — and I was of course reachable by phone in case any questions or technical issues came up.
The focus was clearly on fun and shared experiences: moments when everyone pitched in, loud cheers at successful solutions and the laughter shared along the way noticeably strengthened cooperation. Such experiences are exactly what we mean by team building experience in Radolfzell am Bodensee — outdoors, active and with plenty of room for interaction.
After exactly three hours all teams met again at Radolfzell train station for the final awards ceremony. The mood was jubilant, the sun was still shining, and the teams in first to third place were awarded medals. A perfect finish to a successful team building event.
