Team Building Event Kinderhaus Berlin-Mark Brandenburg e.V.
Under a bright, sunny sky we set off on our iPad Tour in Lindow (Mark) — perfect conditions for a day of fun and team spirit.
On June 9, 2023 at 12:40 PM, 24 participants from Kinderhaus Berlin‑Mark Brandenburg e.V. met me, their CityHunters team guide, at the Sport- und Bildungszentrum, Granseer Str. After a warm welcome and a short intro to the iPads and the CityHunters app, the participants were divided into four teams. The excitement was tangible: the team building experience in Lindow (Mark) was about to come alive that afternoon.
The route led the groups through charming lanes and past the town’s favorite spots. Time and again the teams faced tasks that demanded observation, creativity, and cooperation. Whether it was tricky puzzles in front of Stadtkirche Lindow, team challenges near the Zisterzienserinnenkloster Lindow, or a short pause at St. Joseph — the mix of exploring the town and playful challenges made the experience special. The teams were on their own and competed in good spirits for the most points.
The CityHunters app helped with a live score counter and encouraging feedback, keeping the tension and pace high. As team guide I was reachable by phone throughout and quietly assisted when needed — a short call was enough whenever questions came up. That left plenty of time for more laughter and creative collaboration.
After three hours everyone reunited at the Sport- und Bildungszentrum, Granseer Str. for a joint awards ceremony. The results brought beaming faces and recognition for especially clever solutions. The team building experience in Lindow (Mark) showed itself at its best that day: connecting, energizing, and full of joy.
It was a thoroughly successful afternoon that not only strengthened teamwork but also highlighted the beauty of Lindow (Mark). I’m already looking forward to the next team building event in Lindow (Mark) and to many more groups eager to try this modern form of city adventure.
