Team Building Event E.dialog Netz GmbH
Lübeck enchants with its historic atmosphere, winding alleys and striking architecture, and on May 25, 2023 it provided the perfect backdrop for our Murder Mystery Geocaching.
As the team guide I welcomed the 31 participants from E.dialog Netz GmbH at Schrangen at 10:00. After a short introduction we split the group into six teams. Each team received a tablet with our app showing the cases and crime scenes, turning familiar city locations into the stages for exciting investigations.
Our route led the teams past some of the most beautiful spots: from the Holstentor to St. Marys Church and on to the St. Annen museum quarter. Puzzles and team tasks awaited at every stop and had to be solved together. The goal was clear: earn points through correct answers and good cooperation. During the route the teams were on their own in a friendly competition; I remained reachable by phone in case questions came up or technical support was needed.
The game combined suspense with a spirit of discovery: the app guided the way, presented clues and set tasks that required teamwork and encouraged communication. Watching colleagues contribute different strengths and support each other was precisely what makes a strong team building experience in Lübeck.
After two hours everyone met back at Schrangen for the awards ceremony. In sunny weather we celebrated the results, shared anecdotes and honored the team spirit. The atmosphere was relaxed and joyful, creating memories that will resonate for a long time.
This event clearly demonstrated how a team building experience in Lübeck succeeds: gripping cases, collective puzzle solving and seeing the city from a new perspective.
