Team Building Event Avacon Netz GmbH
As a CityHunters team guide I led the iPad Tour for 21 employees of Avacon Netz GmbH on 24 May 2023. We met at Opernplatz, where I warmly welcomed the group and explained the concept: a high-tech Scavenger Hunt that blends history, culture and cutting-edge technology. After a short introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app, the participants were split into three teams and the adventure began.
The teams set off across Hanover with the goal of collecting as many points as possible. At various stations interactive challenges and puzzles tested teamwork, observation and creativity. Whether in front of the impressive New Town Hall, at the Market Church or by the Leineschloss, the city backdrop provided the perfect stage for a real team building experience in Hanover.
During the tour the teams were largely on their own, engaged in a friendly competition for the top spot. The CityHunters app connected the groups, showed the scores and added extra motivation. If any questions arose I was reachable by phone to offer guidance, keeping the momentum going without interrupting the fun.
The weather was pleasant and suited the active mood: not too hot, with a fresh breeze that kept spirits high. The atmosphere was consistently upbeat, filled with laughter, team spirit and surprising aha moments. Experiences like these make our team building experience in Hanover so valuable, as work and shared experiences come together naturally.
After three hours everyone reconvened at Opernplatz for the awards ceremony. The teams finishing first through third received medals, and there was plenty of applause for the clever solutions and creative collaboration. Moments like these show how lasting a team building experience in Hanover can be.
