Team Building Event Baden-Württembergische Bank
On May 23, 2023 at 4:30 PM I had the pleasure of guiding an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching with 26 colleagues from the Baden-Württembergische Bank in Heilbronn. The meeting point was the Market Square, where I welcomed the group and gave a brief introduction to the schedule and the technology. The mood was full of anticipation — perfect conditions for a special team building event.
After a short introduction the participants were divided into five teams. Each team received a tablet with our app, which displayed the clues and cases around the city. Technology met adventure: stops appeared on the device, puzzles had to be solved and team tasks completed together. Well-known locations like Kilianskirche, the Old Town Hall and the Fleischhaus became exciting settings, and Heilbronn revealed its varied character.
During the roughly two-hour tour the teams were on their own and competed in friendly rivalry for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successfully mastered tasks, always with an eye on fun and collaboration. I remained reachable by phone throughout in case any questions or technical issues arose, so the teams felt secure and could concentrate fully on their joint investigation.
The weather cooperated, and the sun accompanied the search through the city center. It was impressive to see how quickly new strategies and lines of communication developed: colleagues who normally rarely work together complemented each other perfectly and celebrated small victories. Moments like these make our Murder Mystery Geocaching an effective tool for team building experiences in Heilbronn.
After exactly two hours all teams returned to the Market Square for the joint award ceremony. The satisfaction over the results was evident, and the atmosphere at the prize giving was lively and motivating. This event demonstrated how much potential shared experiences hold — a real highlight for team building experiences in Heilbronn and a lovely reason to discover the city from a new perspective.
I am already looking forward to the next time we set off on the trail together and combine team spirit and fun at another team building event in Heilbronn.
