Team Building Event Mekom Event GmbH & Co. KG
The 144 participants from Mekom Event GmbH & Co. KG met with me as their team guide on May 13, 2023 at 3:00 PM to kick off an exciting iPad Tour in Palma de Mallorca.
At the Hotel Meliá Palma Marina I gave the group a warm welcome, briefly introduced the CityHunters app and the iPads, and explained how everything would work. The colleagues were then split into 17 teams, and off they went on a modern and interactive team building experience in Palma de Mallorca.
The teams set off on their own through Palma de Mallorca, solving puzzles, tackling creative team challenges, and collecting points. The mix of history, culture, and high-tech created a great atmosphere: from the Cathedral of Palma to La Llotja and Parque del Mar, the groups rediscovered familiar sights in new ways.
As team guide I was reachable by phone throughout the tour to help with questions or technical issues. It was especially rewarding to see the variety of strategies: some teams worked tactically, others relied on creativity and quick decisions. In this way the city exploration became a true team experience.
After 2.5 hours all teams reconvened at the Hotel Meliá Palma Marina for the awards ceremony.
