Team Building Event Fundis Reitsport GmbH
The sunshine and mild spring air accompanied us, perfect weather for an action-packed Murder Mystery Geocaching through Schwäbisch Hall. As a team guide for CityHunters I welcomed the Fundis Reitsport GmbH group of 22 participants at Haalplatz on May 2, 2023 at 3:30 PM. The mood was instantly upbeat and expectant, an ideal start for a genuine team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall.
After a short introduction I split the group into four teams. Each team received a tablet with the special app that displayed the route and the mysterious cases. Then we set off across the old town, passing landmarks like St. Michael, the Würth Art Gallery and the historic town hall. The familiar sights turned into stages for exciting challenges that called for both concentration and creativity.
During the tour the teams were left to their own devices and competed in a friendly race for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles, for clever team tasks and for skillfully piecing together clues. I remained reachable by phone to help with technical questions or small uncertainties — in practice a good team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall also means having support in the background without disrupting the adventure.
It was impressive to watch colleagues coordinate: ideas were exchanged, responsibilities divided and small victories celebrated loudly. That mix of fun, suspense and cooperation is what makes our Murder Mystery Geocaching a memorable experience. Team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall thrives on moments like these, where teams discover new sides of each other.
After three hours all groups wrapped up their investigations and returned to Haalplatz for a cheerful awards ceremony where the winning team was announced. Laughter, pride and a shared sense of achievement — that was how we said goodbye to the participants. It was a thoroughly successful afternoon full of energy and team spirit in Schwäbisch Hall.
