Team Building Event Bonner Werkstätten Lebenshilfe Bonn gGmbH
The twelve participants from Bonner Werkstätten Lebenshilfe Bonn gGmbH met punctually and full of anticipation for our Murder Mystery Geocaching on April 22, 2023 at 9:00 AM in Bonn.
At the entrance of the Schloßkirche I welcomed the group as the team guide, briefly outlined the schedule and split the participants into two teams. After a short briefing the teams received the tablets with the app that guided them on their search through the city center. In this way our event combined technology and adventure — an ideal setting for a real team building experience in Bonn.
The route led the investigators past well-known sights: from the Beethoven House via the Bonn Minster to Poppelsdorfer Schloss, everyone discovered the city from a fresh perspective. At each station there were tricky puzzles and varied team challenges where points could be earned. The teams worked independently and competed in good spirit for the highest score.
During the tour I was reachable by phone in case any questions or minor issues arose. But thanks to the excellent mood, clever cooperation and perfect weather, both teams mastered the tasks with flying colors. Such exciting challenges not only stimulate thinking but above all strengthen cohesion — exactly what an effective team building experience in Bonn is about.
After exactly three hours everyone met again at the entrance of the Schloßkirche for the joint awards ceremony. There was great joy when the results were announced: each person received a personalized certificate in recognition of effort and team spirit. These small mementos make the experience lasting and help reinforce team bonds.
As the team guide I was especially pleased to see how much energy and cooperation the teams displayed. Our Murder Mystery Geocaching wonderfully demonstrated how much fun solving puzzles together can be and how effective a team building experience in Bonn can be — both for everyday work life and for shared moments outside the office.
