Team Building Event IFA Management GmbH
As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of leading an iPad Tour on April 20, 2023 at 3:30 PM for 27 participants from IFA Management GmbH. We met at Pariser Platz, where I welcomed the group and gave a brief introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app. The atmosphere was electric from the start — perfect conditions for a real team building experience in Mitte.
After the briefing we split the group into five teams. Each team received an iPad and immediately set off on the high-tech Scavenger Hunt. During the tour the teams operated independently and competed in a friendly rivalry. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and creative team tasks — a great mix of brainpower, communication, and fun.
Mitte was on its best behavior that day: pleasant weather and a lively city center. The teams enthusiastically made their way past the Brandenburg Gate toward the Reichstag building. Sections of Museum Island and the Berlin Cathedral also served as backdrops for some challenges. Locations like these make our iPad Tour a special experience and show how varied a team building experience in Mitte can be.
I remained available by phone throughout the tour in case of questions or technical issues. The CityHunters app connects all teams in real time, displays interim standings, and provides extra motivation — ideal for an interactive team building event in Mitte. It quickly becomes clear how the tasks encourage collaboration and creative thinking, bringing colleagues together in a new way.
After two hours all teams reconvened at Pariser Platz for the award ceremony. The suspense was high before the results were announced — the teams that finished in first through third place were honored with medals. It was a moving finale that highlighted the team spirit once more.
These tours show how much energy and joy there is in discovering together. For me, a team building experience in Mitte means creating moments that resonate long after the event — and that is exactly what we achieved that afternoon.
