Team Building Event PwC WPG GmbH
The event concept combines playful puzzles, a spirit of discovery, and team-oriented challenges — perfect for an effective team building experience in Mitte.
As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of leading a Geocaching event for the 12 participants from PwC WPG GmbH on April 12, 2023 at 3:00 PM. We met at the Palais am Festungsgraben, where I welcomed the group, gave a brief run-through of the schedule, and explained the technical setup. Each person received access to the CityHunters app on a tablet so every team was fully prepared for the tour.
The group was split into two teams and soon colleagues were off into the streets of Mitte. The route led to both famous and hidden spots — past the Brandenburg Gate, along intriguing paths to Museum Island, and with views of the Berlin Cathedral. Sightseeing and competition blended into one vibrant experience.
For nearly three hours the teams were on their own, competing in friendly rivalry to score the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles as well as for creative team tasks that required communication and cooperation. The team building experience in Mitte was evident in every challenge: ideas were shared, roles assigned, and strengths combined.
I was reachable by phone as the guide in case of technical questions or uncertainties — but mostly you could hear lively discussions and lots of laughter from the teams. The weather was kind to us: pleasant and mild, ideal for exploring the city.
After about three hours everyone met back at the Palais am Festungsgraben for the award ceremony. The tension was high, and the joy even greater when the winning teams were announced. Moments like these strengthen bonds and leave lasting memories.
This experience once again showed how well play, the city, and collaboration can come together — a team building experience in Mitte that is fun and has a lasting impact.
