Team Building Event Nutrition-Plus Germany e.K.
The 13 participants from Nutrition-Plus Germany e.K. met on April 5, 2023 at 2:30 PM at the entrance of the Schlosskirche, excited, motivated and ready for our Murder Mystery Geocaching through Bonn. As the team guide I welcomed the group, gave a brief introduction and divided the participants into two teams before we set off.
Armed with tablets and our custom app, the teams set out on the trail: an interactive whodunit that turned well-known Bonn locations into mysterious scenes. Along the way we passed the Beethoven House and the Bonn Minster, and later came close to Poppelsdorf Palace — a perfect way to rediscover the city. The technology guided the groups to the cases and provided clues that had to be solved together.
During the tour the teams were largely on their own and competed against each other in a friendly rivalry. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successful team tasks — communication, creative problem solving and team spirit paid off. I remained reachable by phone throughout the game in case any questions or technical issues arose.
The weather cooperated, the sun accompanied us through the city center, and the mood was consistently positive. That produced exactly what we aim to achieve with a team building experience in Bonn: shared moments, enjoyment of working together and a conscious recognition of individual strengths. Small challenges were overcome together and there was plenty of laughter.
After exactly three hours everyone met again at the entrance of the Schlosskirche for the joint award ceremony. The final review brought applause for the winning team, congratulations and group photos — a strong finish to an intense experience. Moments like these strengthen cohesion in the long term and stay in the memory.
