Team Building Event EnBW
Our event concept blends modern technology with playful city exploration to create lasting encounters, exactly what we experienced on the iPad Tour in Titisee-Neustadt.
On March 29, 2023 at 9:15 a.m. I welcomed the 12 participants from EnBW as the CityHunters team guide at the meeting point at the Eisweiher in Titisee-Neustadt in the Black Forest. After a warm greeting there was a brief introduction to using the iPads and the CityHunters App. Teams were quickly formed and two motivated groups set off with their devices into the adventure. This is how a good team building experience in Titisee-Neustadt begins, tech-driven, interactive and with clear rules.
The route led the teams through the town center of Titisee-Neustadt and to some of the region's most beautiful spots. Between the impressive Hochfirstschanze, the Neustädter Münster and the shore of the Titisee, crisp puzzles and creative team tasks awaited at various stations. The CityHunters App was the central hub: navigation, tasks, live score and chat boosted both competitive spirit and collaboration.
During the tour the groups worked independently and competed for the highest score, points earned by correctly solved puzzles and successful team tasks. I was available by phone in case help was needed. That kept the challenge exciting without losing the safe framework. The weather cooperated and added to the good mood and the active spirit of discovery.
After about two and a half hours everyone met again at the Eisweiher for the joint award ceremony. When reviewing the results and congratulating the winners the fun was front and center, exactly what a team building experience in Titisee-Neustadt is all about. Moments like these promote communication, trust and new perspectives on one another.
