Team Building Event Multi-Components GmbH
Our event concept combines exploring the city, tricky puzzles and shared experiences into an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching — exactly what we got to experience as the CityHunters team guide on March 24, 2023 in Bayreuth.
At 11:00 I met the group from Multi-Components GmbH at Residenzplatz. Thirteen motivated participants were divided into three teams after a short introduction. Each team received a tablet with our app, which displayed the cases and crime scenes and guided the groups step by step through the city centre.
The tour led the teams past well-known sights such as the Margravial Opera House, Wahnfried House and the New Palace. These landmarks became the dramatic settings for a fictional story where clues had to be collected and tasks solved. The blend of digital technology and analogue puzzle solving is what makes our team building experience in Bayreuth so special: strategic thinking, clear communication and joint decision making are all required.
Over the three hours the teams were largely on their own, competing in a friendly challenge to score the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for successfully completed team tasks — always with a wink and a focus on shared success. I was reachable by phone throughout the tour so I could quickly help with questions or small mishaps.
The weather was on the mild side and the soft light contributed to a pleasant mood — just right for exploring the city and staying motivated. The atmosphere was upbeat and energetic, and the participants were proud of their results and the experience they had shared.
When time was up we met back at Residenzplatz for the final awards. Laughter, conversations and the view of Bayreuths nicest corners rounded off the event. Activities like this are not only fun, they also strengthen the sense of togetherness in a lasting way — a genuine team building experience in Bayreuth that stays in the memory.
I am already looking forward to the next time we follow clues, crack puzzles and discover Bayreuth from a new perspective. The team building experience in Bayreuth is well worth it for any company that wants to grow together.
