Team Building Event Ecolab GmbH
The event concept combines modern technology, playful challenges and urban exploration into a lively team building experience.
On 23 March 2023 at 2:30 pm I had the pleasure of starting an iPad Tour as a CityHunters team guide for 57 participants from Ecolab GmbH. The meeting point was centrally located near V Celnici, where I warmly welcomed the group and introduced the CityHunters app and the iPads. The colleagues were quickly divided into nine teams, and the adventure began.
Our tour blended culture, history and high-tech: as the teams made their way through Prague they visited iconic sights such as the Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and the Prague Astronomical Clock. At various stations the challenges demanded observation, creativity and cooperation; puzzling questions and fun team tasks decided the points and rankings. The app showed the scores in real time and provided extra motivation, a genuine, interactive team building experience in Prague.
During the tour the teams were largely on their own and developed different strategies: sometimes determinedly taking the fastest route, other times working through lots of discussion and shared ideas. I remained reachable by phone in case technical questions or organizational matters came up, and I appreciated the positive feedback along the way.
After two hours all groups met again at the starting point near V Celnici for the joint awards ceremony. The atmosphere was celebratory, the weather cooperated, and the top three teams received their medals, a well-deserved ending to an intense, fun experience.
Formats like this show how much fun a team building experience in Prague can be: you get to discover the city in a new way, strengthen cohesion and share moments of success. For me as a guide these days are especially rewarding because the mix of history, modern technology and team spirit creates exactly what we aim for, a lasting, joyful team building experience in Prague.
