Team Building Event AEB SE
Thirteen motivated colleagues from AEB SE met promptly in the afternoon to set off on a varied adventure together.
As team guide I welcomed the group at Hotel Herrmann in Münsingen (Württemberg) and gave a brief introduction to the technology and the CityHunters app. After the briefing we split the participants into three teams — each team received an iPad as the hub of the tour. That is how our interactive Scavenger Hunt began, with fun and a team building experience in Münsingen (Württemberg) at its core.
The teams wandered through the town’s friendly lanes, explored the historic old town and tackled tricky puzzles at well-known spots like St. Martin and the Amtsgericht Münsingen (Württemberg). During the tour each group was on its own, competing for the most points: correct answers, creative team tasks and keen observation earned valuable points. The CityHunters app displayed interim scores in real time and added extra excitement with its motivating live chat.
I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour and assisted with questions or technical issues — most of the time the teams were able to proceed independently and score points with great team spirit. The weather cooperated, so the atmosphere was relaxed and full of energy. It is precisely this positive mood that makes a team building experience in Münsingen (Württemberg) so valuable: colleagues get to know each other afresh, develop strategies and celebrate successes together.
After roughly two and a half hours all groups met back at Hotel Herrmann for the joint awards ceremony. Looking at the scoreboard and sharing the highlights made it clear how much the shared experience had strengthened cohesion. Such an iPad Tour combines technology, fun and teamwork in a modern way.
Team building experience in Münsingen (Württemberg) works particularly well because of this blend of discovery, competition and cooperation. I am already looking forward to the next time we roam Münsingen (Württemberg) with teams and gain new perspectives on familiar places.
