Team Building Event TÜV SÜD AG
Our event concept combines history, culture and modern technology into an exciting iPad Tour through Prague.
On February 9, 2023, at 5:30 PM I had the pleasure as a CityHunters team guide to welcome a group of 33 employees from TÜV SÜD AG at the meeting point Pražský poledník. After a short introduction to using the iPads and the CityHunters app, which displays live scores and a motivating live chat, we split the group into five teams. Each team received its device as the central hub for the high-tech Scavenger Hunt.
The route led through the heart of Prague, offering a mix of well-known sights and hidden corners. With tasks that tested observation, creativity and teamwork, the teams collected points. The challenges ranged from tricky puzzles to collaborative team missions – all designed to promote a team building experience in Prague in a playful way.
The teams were largely left to their own devices and competed in a friendly rivalry to earn the most points. I was reachable by phone for questions and issues but purposely stayed in the background so the groups could set their own pace and strategies. After exactly two hours everyone met again at Pražský poledník for the awards ceremony.
The weather was on our side and the atmosphere was lively: an ideal setting for a team building experience in Prague. Along the way many teams captured moments in front of the Charles Bridge, at Prague Castle and on the Old Town Square – memories that connect beyond the game. The top three teams were awarded medals and celebrated.
As a team guide I always enjoy seeing how an event not only provides fun but also strengthens cohesion. Our iPad Tour is a vivid example of how modern team building event design in Prague revitalizes team dynamics.
