Team Building Event Hartmann Packaging A/S
On August 18, 2026, we had the pleasure of organizing an exciting Geocaching event for 35 enthusiastic employees of Hartmann Packaging A/S in Copenhagen. Our adventure began at the charming Hotel SP34, where the participants were warmly welcomed by their CityHunters team guide. After a brief introduction, the participants were divided into five teams, ready to explore the fascinating city of Copenhagen in a completely new way.
Equipped with tablets, the teams embarked on an exciting journey of discovery through Copenhagen. This team building experience allowed the participants to see the city from a different perspective while exploring famous landmarks such as Amalienborg Palace and Tivoli. The teams navigated through the city, solved tricky puzzles, and completed exciting tasks to earn valuable points. The friendly competition not only brought fun but also fostered team spirit and collaboration among the participants.
Throughout the tour, I was available as a team guide via phone to provide support in case of any issues. However, the teams were excellently prepared and mastered the challenges with flying colors. After two hours full of adventure and discoveries, all teams returned to Hotel SP34, where the excitement reached its peak during the award ceremony.
The team 'Viking Warriors' triumphed with an impressive 180 points, securing first place. Close behind were the teams 'sun' and 'Good Ideas', both showing a great performance with 150 points each. This Geocaching experience in Copenhagen was not only an exciting challenge but also a wonderful opportunity to experience the city in an interactive and entertaining way.
Team building in Copenhagen uniquely combines fun, adventure, and culture. Whether exploring Rosenborg Castle or discovering the city's hidden treasures, every moment contributed to bringing the participants closer together and creating unforgettable memories. This event once again demonstrated that Copenhagen is the perfect place for team building activities that both strengthen team spirit and showcase the beauty of the city.
