Team Building Event Zwickauer Energieversorgung GmbH
On August 12, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading a Geocaching event for 19 enthusiastic participants from Zwickau's Energy Supply Company. Our adventure began in the heart of Zwickau, at the main market square, where the participants gathered with anticipation and curiosity. After a brief introduction, they were divided into three teams to embark on an exciting scavenger hunt through the city.
Equipped with tablets and full of enthusiasm, the teams set out to discover the hidden treasures of Zwickau. The city provided the perfect backdrop for our team building event. As the participants roamed the streets, they had the opportunity to explore impressive sights such as the Robert Schumann House, St. Mary's Church, and Osterstein Castle. The blend of cultural highlights and challenging puzzles made the event an unforgettable experience.
The competitive spirit of the teams was palpable as they tackled the challenges and eagerly collected points. Teamwork was essential, as only by combining their individual strengths could each team successfully complete the tasks. Fun and collaboration were always at the forefront, and it was impressive to see how the participants bonded and supported each other.
After two exciting hours of discoveries and challenges, the teams reconvened at the main market square for the award ceremony. Team 'Bretternde Bräute' secured the victory with an impressive 375 points, closely followed by Team 'Starkstrom' with 330 points and the 'Kilowatt Warriors', who also put up a good fight with 240 points.
In bright weather and great spirits, our team building in Zwickau concluded with a sense of community and many happy faces. This Geocaching event not only strengthened the team spirit but also allowed participants to experience the beauty and diversity of Zwickau in a new, exciting way.
