Team Building Event Altano Germany GmbH
On August 6, 2026, the day finally arrived: the Murder Mystery Geocaching event in Dülmen for Altano Germany GmbH was set to begin. As the team guide, I had the pleasure of welcoming 24 eager participants at the market square. The excitement was palpable as we divided the participants into four groups and handed them the tablets that would guide them on their thrilling quest through Dülmen.
With a brief introduction, the teams embarked on their adventure. Equipped with a special app, they set out to find clues, solve challenging puzzles, and complete team tasks. The competition for the most points was underway, and the teams were keen to discover the city from a new perspective. Dülmen's landmarks, such as the Lüdinghauser Gate and the St. Viktor Church, became the scenes of mysterious crimes waiting to be solved.
The weather was perfect, and the participants enjoyed the mix of fresh air and exciting detective work. Throughout the tour, I was available by phone to assist with any questions or issues, but the teams largely handled the challenges independently. It was impressive to see how collaboration and team spirit grew within each group.
After three hours filled with adventure and puzzle-solving, all the teams reconvened at the market for the eagerly anticipated awards ceremony. The team 'Team Green Rampage' secured first place with 360 points, closely followed by 'The Minions,' who also scored 360 points. In third place was the team 'Blue as Full' with 345 points. The joy and pride in their achievements were clearly visible on the participants' faces.
The Murder Mystery Geocaching in Dülmen was a resounding success and offered a unique team building experience in Dülmen. The combination of adventure, puzzles, and city exploration not only provided fun but also strengthened the bond within the teams. An unforgettable experience that will be remembered for a long time. Dülmen has once again proven to be an ideal location for exciting team building events.
