Team Building Event BWMK gGmbH
Hanau, the birthplace of the famous Brothers Grimm, offers not only cultural treasures but also the perfect setting for an exciting adventure. On August 6, 2026, I had the privilege of leading an unforgettable Geocaching event for the 27-member team of BWMK gGmbH in Hanau as a CityHunters team guide. Our meeting point was the impressive Brothers Grimm Monument, a perfect start for our team building experience in Hanau.
After a warm welcome and an introduction to the exciting world of Geocaching, the participants were divided into four teams. Armed with tablets and a good dose of team spirit, the teams set off to discover Hanau from a completely new perspective. The city, with its attractions like the Walloon-Dutch Church and the German Goldsmiths' House, provided the ideal backdrop for our adventure.
During the 2.5-hour tour, the teams were on their own and engaged in a friendly competition. The goal was to collect as many points as possible by solving puzzles and completing team tasks. The participants showcased not only their creativity and problem-solving skills but also an impressive level of teamwork. And although the teams were on their own, I was always available by phone to assist with any issues.
After an exciting tour, all teams gathered again at the Brothers Grimm Monument for the award ceremony. With great joy, I announced the winning team: 'The Divas' secured victory with an impressive 330 points. In second place was 'Team 4' with 225 points, closely followed by the 'Ninja Turtles' with 165 points. It was a neck-and-neck race that brought smiles to everyone's faces.
The sunny weather, positive energy, and team spirit made this team building event in Hanau an unforgettable experience. The combination of fun, adventure, and exploring the charming city of Hanau left a lasting impression on all participants. I am already looking forward to taking the next team on such an exciting journey and discovering the treasures of Hanau together!
