Team Building Event Käfer AG
Geocaching in Munich is the perfect blend of fun, adventure, and team spirit. On July 27, 2026, I had the pleasure of welcoming 14 enthusiastic participants from Käfer AG to an unforgettable team building experience in Munich as a CityHunters team guide. Our adventure kicked off at Max-Joseph-Platz, where the participants arrived full of anticipation and were split into two teams.
With the sun at their backs and smiles on their faces, teams 'Lustige Fibu' and 'Biene Maja' set off to uncover Munich's secrets. Equipped with a tablet and the CityHunters app, they explored the fascinating city in a completely new way. The route took them past impressive landmarks like the Munich Residence and Theatinerkirche, as they solved tricky puzzles and tackled creative team challenges.
Throughout the tour, the teams were on their own, competing for the most points. But no worries, I was always just a phone call away to provide support if needed. The participants not only demonstrated skill and creativity but also a strong team spirit that brought them closer together.
After 1.5 hours of excitement and discoveries, both teams reconvened at Max-Joseph-Platz for the award ceremony. Team 'Lustige Fibu' secured the victory with an impressive 150 points, closely followed by team 'Biene Maja' with 120 points. The joy of successfully completing this team building event in Munich was palpable among all participants.
Geocaching in Munich offered not only an exciting way to explore the city but also the perfect opportunity to strengthen team cohesion. Whether solving puzzles or sharing laughs, this event will surely remain in the participants' memories for a long time. Munich, with its unique atmosphere and cultural treasures, once again proved to be the ideal setting for such an adventure.
