Team Building Event Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG
On July 27, 2026, an exciting CityHunters Geocaching event took place in Waldenburg, where 28 participants from Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG joined in an unforgettable team building experience. The event kicked off on the bustling main street of Waldenburg, where I, as the CityHunters team guide, warmly welcomed the participants and formed the five teams.
Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams set off to explore the charming city of Waldenburg in a completely new way. They navigated through picturesque streets, passing landmarks like the imposing Waldenburg Castle, the impressive TV tower, and the historic town church. The competition for the most points sparked the participants' enthusiasm as they solved puzzles and tackled creative challenges together.
Throughout the adventure, I was available by phone to assist with any questions or issues. However, the teams demonstrated remarkable independence and team spirit, reflecting the essence of team building in Waldenburg. The sunny weather contributed to the positive atmosphere, making the event a true delight.
After two thrilling hours, all teams gathered again on the main street to celebrate the awards ceremony. The team 'The Lost Ones' secured first place with an impressive 360 points, followed by 'Peak Performance' with 315 points, and 'Vier Engel für Nazmie' with 270 points. The joy and pride of the winners were palpable, and all participants celebrated the day's achievements together.
This Geocaching event in Waldenburg was not only an opportunity to explore the city in a unique way but also a valuable team building experience. The combination of fun, adventure, and teamwork made the day an unforgettable experience that participants will surely remember for a long time. Waldenburg has once again proven to be the perfect place for team building events, and I am already looking forward to the next adventure in this enchanting city!
