Team Building Event A.W. Faber-Castell Vertrieb GmbH
July 21, 2026, was a perfect summer day for an exciting Geocaching adventure in Frankfurt! The sun was shining over the city as 25 enthusiastic participants from A.W. Faber-Castell Vertrieb GmbH gathered at the Scandic Hotel Museumsufer, ready to embark on an unforgettable journey of discovery. Our team building experience in Frankfurt promised not only fun and adventure but also the opportunity to see the city from a completely new perspective.
After a brief introduction and division into four teams, the participants, equipped with their tablets, set off on the adventure. The teams ventured out to find the city's hidden treasures and solve exciting puzzles. The route led them past impressive sites such as the Kaiserdom St. Bartholomäus and the historic Römer. The participants were full of energy, and the atmosphere was filled with team spirit and enthusiasm from the very beginning.
Throughout the event, the teams were on their own but could always reach out to me as their team guide by phone if they encountered any problems. The challenge was to collect the most points by correctly solving puzzles and team tasks. It was fascinating to see how the teams worked together to tackle the tricky challenges and uncover the secrets of Frankfurt.
After 1.75 hours of excitement and fun, all the teams gathered back at the starting point for the eagerly anticipated awards ceremony. Team 'Used it' secured first place with an impressive 180 points, closely followed by Team 'Bubu' with 150 points. Team 'Growth hunters I' took third place with 90 points. The joy of their achievements and the shared experience was clearly felt by all participants.
This Geocaching event was a perfect example of successful team building in Frankfurt. The combination of adventure, teamwork, and exploring the city made it an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. Once again, Frankfurt has proven to be a city full of surprises and opportunities waiting to be discovered!
