Team Building Event Münchener Rückversicherungs-Gesellschaft AG
On July 16, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching event for the Munich Reinsurance Company AG in Prien am Chiemsee. The twelve participants were full of anticipation as we met at the marketplace in Prien am Chiemsee to begin our adventure. The group was divided into two teams, each equipped with tablets to solve the city's puzzles.
The weather was perfect for such a team building event, and the fresh air in Prien am Chiemsee added to the good mood. The teams set out to uncover the city's secrets and collect points, passing by some of the most beautiful sights, such as the historic Chiemsee Railway and the impressive Mariä Himmelfahrt Church. The Prien Local History Museum also provided an exciting backdrop for our detective work.
During the tour, the teams were on their own, and it was fascinating to watch them collaborate to solve the tricky puzzles. The combination of technology and adventure created a dynamic atmosphere that strengthened team spirit and encouraged participants to use their individual strengths. I was available by phone for any questions or issues, providing the participants with additional reassurance.
After 2.5 hours of excitement and fun, the teams met again at the marketplace in Prien am Chiemsee for the award ceremony. There was great anticipation for the announcement of the winning team, and the atmosphere was filled with excitement and joy. It was a close race, but ultimately one team managed to score the most points and celebrate their victory.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching in Prien am Chiemsee was a perfect example of how a team building experience in such a picturesque setting can be not only effective but also highly entertaining. The participants were able to discover the city from a new perspective while strengthening their team cohesion. An unforgettable day that will surely be remembered for a long time!
