Team Building Event Sparkasse Paderborn-Detmold-Höxter
On July 14, 2026, we enjoyed a wonderful summer day in Paderborn, perfect for our exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching event with Sparkasse Paderborn-Detmold-Höxter. The sun shone brightly over the town square, where 40 eager participants gathered, full of anticipation for the adventure ahead. The atmosphere was charged with energy and excitement right from the start.
After a warm welcome and brief introduction, we divided the participants into six teams. Each team received a tablet equipped with a special app to guide them through the city. The teams set off to discover Paderborn from a fresh perspective, with teamwork and strategy as their main focus. Only by working together could they successfully solve the challenging puzzles and tasks.
The tour led the teams across Paderborn, past impressive landmarks like the majestic Paderborn Cathedral and the historic Market Church. The Bartholomew Chapel also became a scene of mysterious crimes that needed solving. Participants were tasked with collecting clues and unraveling the city's secrets together.
Throughout the tour, I was available by phone as a team guide to assist with any questions or issues. However, the teams navigated the challenges brilliantly, showcasing great team spirit and creativity. After 2.25 hours of intense investigative work, all teams returned to the town square, where anticipation for the awards ceremony was palpable.
Team 'DOM' secured first place with an impressive 285 points, closely followed by team 'Hasis', which also scored 285 points. The 'Stadio Siegerteam' claimed third place with 255 points. The joy of their achievements and the shared adventures was evident among all participants.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching was not only an exciting adventure but also a fantastic team building experience in Paderborn. Participants had the opportunity to explore the city in a completely new way while strengthening their team bonds. An unforgettable experience that will be remembered for a long time!
