Team Building Event Dres.Thomsen & Kollegen
Hamburg, the pearl of the North, is renowned for its stunning architecture and vibrant culture. On July 10, 2026, I had the pleasure of welcoming 14 enthusiastic employees from the company Dres. Thomsen & Kollegen to an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching event as a CityHunters team guide. Our adventure kicked off at the bustling Jungfernstieg, where participants were divided into three teams to experience the city in a completely new way.
Equipped with tablets, the teams 'Fanta 5', '5 Question Marks', and 'Dream Team' embarked on an exhilarating scavenger hunt across Hamburg. As they solved tricky puzzles and tackled team challenges, their journey took them past impressive landmarks like the Elbphilharmonie, the Speicherstadt, and the Chilehaus. These sites offered not only a breathtaking backdrop but also exciting challenges that strengthened team spirit.
The weather was perfect for our team building experience in Hamburg, and the participants were eager to unravel the city's mysteries. Throughout the tour, the teams were on their own, while I remained available by phone to assist with any questions or issues. This blend of independence and support created a dynamic and entertaining atmosphere.
After three hours filled with adventure and discovery, all teams returned to Jungfernstieg, where the eagerly anticipated award ceremony took place. With a proud score of 315 points, team 'Fanta 5' claimed first place, closely followed by the '5 Question Marks' with 300 points. The 'Dream Team' came in third with 210 points, but the true victory was the strengthened team spirit and shared experiences.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching was an unforgettable experience and a perfect example of successful team building in Hamburg. The participants not only had fun but also enhanced their collaboration and communication skills.
