Team Building Event Telefonica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
On July 8, 2026, we had the pleasure of organizing an exciting Geocaching event for 16 participants from Telefonica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG in Munich. Our adventure began at the impressive Max-Joseph-Platz, where participants gathered eagerly. After a warm welcome and a brief introduction, the participants were divided into three teams, ready to discover the fascinating city of Munich in a whole new way.
Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams set out to find Munich's hidden treasures. During the event, participants had the opportunity to not only showcase their teamwork skills but also experience some of the city's most famous landmarks. From the majestic Frauenkirche to the impressive Munich Residence, the tour offered a variety of cultural highlights that captivated the teams.
The teams were on their own during the 1.5-hour tour, making the competition for the most points particularly thrilling. By solving puzzles and completing team tasks, participants collected valuable points. The team spirit was strengthened through shared challenges, and it was inspiring to see how the teams collaborated to solve the tasks.
After an exciting tour through the city, the teams returned to Max-Joseph-Platz, where the eagerly awaited award ceremony took place. With a proud 120 points, 'Team Sixpack' secured first place, followed by 'The Doers' with 105 points and 'Dos Krachos' with 60 points. The joy and pride of the participants were palpable—a testament to the successful team building experience in Munich.
The Geocaching in Munich not only provided an entertaining way to explore the city but also fostered team cohesion and created unforgettable memories. The sunny weather contributed to the positive atmosphere, making this day a special experience. Munich, with its rich history and breathtaking landmarks, once again proved to be the perfect place for such a team building event.
