Team Building Event KHW Kommunale Haus und Wohnen GmbH
A Geocaching event in Rheda-Wiedenbrück offers the perfect blend of fun, adventure, and team spirit. On July 7, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading such an event for KHW Kommunale Haus und Wohnen GmbH as a CityHunters team guide. The 15 participants gathered with excitement at the starting point 'Am Neuen Werk' and were divided into three teams to discover the city in a completely new way.
Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams set out to explore the sights and hidden treasures of Rheda-Wiedenbrück. The tour took them to impressive locations like the Franciscan Monastery and St. Aegidius Church. During the thrilling search for clues and solving puzzles, teamwork was the key to success. Each team member contributed their individual strengths, which fostered team spirit and strengthened collaboration.
The weather was perfect for this team building experience in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, and the teams enjoyed the challenge of exploring the city in a playful way. The participants were on their own, but I was available by phone to assist them with any issues, ensuring that all teams could successfully complete their tasks.
After three hours of discoveries and tricky tasks, the teams returned to the starting point for the eagerly anticipated award ceremony. Team 'Gockel' secured first place with an impressive 405 points. Team 'Elite' followed in second place with 375 points, while team 'noname' took third place with 225 points.
This team building event in Rheda-Wiedenbrück was not just a competition, but also an opportunity to experience the city and its cultural treasures interactively. Participants were able to discover the stories and secrets of the city while growing closer as a team.
