Team Building Event Robert Bosch GmbH
Geocaching in Ansbach: an event that perfectly combines adventure, team spirit, and fun! On June 30, 2026, I had the pleasure of guiding a group of 24 employees from Robert Bosch GmbH through the charming city of Ansbach as a CityHunters team guide. Our meeting point was the lively Martin Luther Square, where the participants arrived full of anticipation.
After a brief introduction and dividing into five teams, equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the adventure began. The teams set off to discover Ansbach in a completely new way. Known for its historic residence and the impressive St. Gumbertus Church, the city provided the perfect backdrop for this team building experience in Ansbach. The participants were thrilled as they explored the sights and solved challenging puzzles along the way.
The weather was perfect, creating a pleasant atmosphere that made the exploration even more enjoyable. The teams worked closely together to tackle the challenges and collect points. The tasks required not only keen observation skills but also creativity and teamwork – a true celebration of team spirit!
After two exciting hours, all teams gathered again at Martin Luther Square for the award ceremony. Team 'Palinka' secured the first place with 360 points and received medals as recognition. They were closely followed by the 'DIG Masters' also with 360 points and team '3,1415' with 345 points. The competition was fierce, but the fun and shared experience were the main focus.
This Geocaching event in Ansbach was not only an opportunity to experience the city from a new perspective but also a wonderful way to strengthen team cohesion. The participants agreed: Such a team building experience in Ansbach is unforgettable and will be remembered for a long time. Ansbach enchanted us with its charm and diversity – a day full of discoveries and shared experiences that brought us all closer together.
