Team Building Event BeWo-AuXilio
Düsseldorf, the charming city on the Rhine, provided the perfect setting for an exciting team building adventure on July 3, 2026. Under bright sunshine, the BeWo-AuXilio team gathered at Grabbeplatz, ready for a Geocaching event that uniquely combined fun, adventure, and team spirit.
As the CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of dividing 19 motivated participants into four teams. The teams 'Tiger', 'Diedosenjäger', 'Foxforce4', and another team set out equipped with tablets to discover Düsseldorf's hidden treasures. The tour led them past fascinating spots like the Museum Kunstpalast and Königsallee, as they solved tricky puzzles and tackled exciting team tasks.
Throughout the tour, the teams were on their own, engaged in a friendly competition for the most points. Each participant contributed their individual strengths, and together they faced the challenges with creativity and teamwork. The Rheinturm, one of Düsseldorf's landmarks, served as an inspiring backdrop for some of the tasks, bringing the team even closer together.
After two hours of thrilling discoveries and intense collaboration, all teams returned to Grabbeplatz, where the eagerly anticipated awards ceremony took place. Team 'Tiger' triumphed with an impressive 165 points, securing first place. They were closely followed by 'Diedosenjäger' with 150 points and 'Foxforce4' with 135 points. The joy and pride over their collective achievements were evident on everyone's faces.
This Geocaching event was a fantastic example of how team building in Düsseldorf not only strengthens collaboration but also offers the opportunity to discover the city in a new and exciting way. The participants were thrilled by the mix of cultural highlights and challenging tasks that made this day unforgettable.
