Team Building Event R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG
On July 2, 2026, it was finally time: 95 dedicated employees of R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG gathered at the picturesque Kohlenmarkt in Regensburg, ready for an exciting Geocaching adventure. Divided into 15 teams, they embarked on a team building experience in Regensburg that they won't soon forget.
With smiles on their faces and tablets in hand, the teams set off on an engaging scavenger hunt through the historic old town. The task: to find hidden treasures, solve tricky puzzles, and collect as many points as possible. The participants were on their own, immersed in friendly competition as they passed landmarks like the imposing Regensburg Cathedral and the impressive Stone Bridge.
The weather was perfect, the sun was shining, and the teams were full of energy. The challenges required not only brainpower but also team spirit and creativity. Each participant brought their individual strengths to the table, and together the teams tackled the challenges with flying colors. As the team guide, I was always reachable by phone to offer advice and support whenever needed.
After 2.25 hours of adventure, all teams reconvened at Kohlenmarkt for the eagerly anticipated awards ceremony. 'Team 15' claimed first place with an impressive 345 points and was awarded medals. Close behind was 'Team 12,' also with 345 points, followed by 'Team 1' with 285 points in third place. The pride and joy among the participants were palpable, making it a perfect conclusion to this unforgettable team building event in Regensburg.
This Geocaching experience in Regensburg not only strengthened team spirit but also offered the opportunity to discover the city from a new perspective. The combination of fun, adventure, and teamwork made the event a complete success. Regensburg, with its fascinating sights and charming atmosphere, provided the ideal backdrop for this special day.
