Team Building Event KFO Praxis
On July 1, 2026, we had the perfect weather for our Geocaching adventure in Hamburg. The sun was shining brightly as 15 enthusiastic employees of the KFO Praxis gathered at the back of the main church of St. Petri to kick off their team building experience in Hamburg. There I was, their CityHunters team guide, ready to introduce them to the exciting world of Geocaching.
After a brief introduction and dividing into three teams, we were off. Equipped with tablets, the teams set out to discover the city's hidden treasures. The teams 'The Sleuths', 'Road Runners', and 'Asnijusa' competed against each other to earn the most points by solving tricky puzzles and engaging in exciting team tasks.
Hamburg, with its unique atmosphere, provided the perfect backdrop for this adventure. Participants immersed themselves in the fascinating world of the Speicherstadt and admired the impressive architecture of the Chilehaus. Each new location not only presented exciting challenges but also unveiled interesting stories, giving participants a fresh perspective on Hamburg.
Throughout the tour, the teams were on their own, but I was always available by phone in case of questions or issues. This independence fostered teamwork and creativity among the participants, who tackled the tasks with great enthusiasm.
After three hours of fun and excitement, the teams reconvened at our starting point for the awards ceremony. With 240 points, 'The Sleuths' emerged as the shining winners, closely followed by the 'Road Runners' with 225 points and 'Asnijusa' with 180 points. The joy over the achievements was immense, and all participants left with smiles on their faces and many new impressions.
This team building experience in Hamburg was not just a competition but above all an opportunity to discover the city in a new, interactive way and grow together as a team. Geocaching in Hamburg – an unforgettable experience that perfectly combines adventure, fun, and team spirit.
