Team Building Event Malteser Lohne
The concept of Murder Mystery Geocaching in Dinklage offers an exciting blend of adventure and team building. On June 25, 2026, I had the pleasure of guiding 37 enthusiastic employees from the company Malteser Lohne through the picturesque streets of Dinklage. We met on Schulstraße, where the participants eagerly awaited the upcoming adventure.
After a brief introduction, the participants were divided into six teams. Equipped with tablets and a special app, the teams set off to uncover the secrets of Dinklage. They were on their own to solve tricky puzzles and tackle exciting tasks. Along the way, they passed landmarks such as the Dinklage Castle Monastery and St. Catharina Church, which added a special charm to the experience.
Throughout the 2.5-hour tour of Dinklage, the participants' team spirit was palpable. Every clue found and puzzle solved not only contributed to their score but also strengthened the camaraderie within the teams. It was impressive to see how the participants collaborated to overcome challenges and discover the city from a new perspective.
At the end of the tour, all teams reconvened on Schulstraße for the eagerly anticipated awards ceremony. Team 'Versenfüchse' secured first place with an impressive 300 points. Following closely in second and third place were teams 'Abschmelzbarzulage' and '4 Gewinnt', who also delivered outstanding performances.
The Murder Mystery Geocaching in Dinklage was a resounding success and a wonderful example of how a team building experience in Dinklage not only strengthens team spirit but is also a lot of fun. Participants had the opportunity to experience Dinklage in a completely new way while reinforcing their team bonds. An unforgettable experience that will be remembered for a long time!
