Team Building Event Axel Springer News Media & Tech GmbH & Co KG
On June 25, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading an exciting Geocaching event for 36 enthusiastic employees from Axel Springer News Media & Tech GmbH & Co KG in Berlin. The participants gathered with anticipation at the Jules B-Part Café on Luckenwalder Street, ready for an unforgettable team building experience in Berlin.
After a brief introduction and division into six teams, the adventure began. Equipped with tablets, the teams set out to discover Berlin's hidden treasures. The city showcased its best side, providing perfect weather for an exciting exploration tour. The teams navigated through the streets of Berlin, solving tricky puzzles and tackling creative challenges. Along the way, they passed impressive landmarks like the Berlin Cathedral and St. Hedwig's Cathedral, which offered additional inspiration.
The Geocaching in Berlin not only provided an opportunity to discover the city in a new way but also to strengthen team spirit. Participants had to work together to successfully complete tasks and collect points. Everyone contributed their individual strengths, leading to an intense and joyful competition. Throughout the tour, I was available by phone to assist with any questions or issues.
After two exhilarating hours, the teams returned full of energy to the Jules B-Part Café, where the award ceremony took place. The excitement was palpable as the results were announced. The team 'Pink in the brain' secured first place with an impressive 210 points, closely followed by 'Red cerrys' and 'Team W', both scoring a strong 195 points.
This Geocaching event in Berlin was a resounding success and demonstrated how much fun team building in Berlin can be. The combination of adventure, teamwork, and exploring one of the world's most fascinating cities made this day an unforgettable experience for all participants. We are already looking forward to the next adventure in Berlin!
