Team Building Event DB Global Business Services
On June 24, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching event for the 28-member group from DB Global Business Services in Berlin. Our adventure began at the picturesque Palais am Festungsgraben, where the participants arrived full of anticipation. After a brief introduction, we divided the group into five teams, each equipped with a tablet. The starting signal for this unique team building experience in Berlin was given!
The teams set off to uncover the city's secrets. Using a special app as their guide, their investigations led them to some of Berlin's most famous landmarks. Whether at the majestic Berlin Cathedral or near the Altes Museum, challenging puzzles and exciting tasks awaited them everywhere. The participants immersed themselves in the role of detectives and were captivated by the blend of technology and adventure.
Throughout the tour, the teams competed to collect the most points. It was impressive to see colleagues working together to overcome challenges and solve puzzles. I was always available by phone as a team guide to assist with any questions or issues. The weather was perfect, and the atmosphere was cheerful and lively—ideal conditions for a successful team building experience in Berlin.
After two hours full of excitement and team spirit, all the teams gathered again at the Palais am Festungsgraben for the award ceremony. The tension was palpable as the results were announced. Team 'The 5 Question Marks' secured first place with an impressive 240 points, closely followed by Team 'Sunshine' with 165 points and 'The Five Criminals' with 150 points. Cheers erupted, and the joy of shared success was visible on everyone's faces.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching in Berlin was not only an exciting adventure but also an excellent opportunity to strengthen team spirit and discover Berlin from a new perspective. I'm sure this team building event will be remembered for a long time, and I look forward to the next thrilling adventure in our fascinating capital!
