Team Building Event Eiffage Infra-Bau SE
On June 18, 2026, the time had come: A unique Geocaching adventure was on the agenda for 19 employees of Eiffage Infra-Bau SE. The meeting point was the charming Fletcher Waldhotel in Heiligenhaus, where the participants were warmly welcomed by me, their CityHunters team guide. After a brief introduction and the division into three teams – 'The Success Construction Site', 'Excavation Pit', and 'Chaos Crew' – the exciting team building experience in Heiligenhaus began.
Equipped with tablets, the teams embarked on an exhilarating discovery tour through Heiligenhaus. The city, known for its picturesque spots and historic buildings, provided the perfect backdrop for our Geocaching adventure. Participants had the chance to explore landmarks like the Waggon Bridge Heiligenhaus and the Old Church while solving tricky puzzles and completing creative team tasks. The weather cooperated, creating pleasant conditions that further boosted the mood.
The teams were on their own, but their competitive spirit drove them to collect the most points. Throughout the tour, I was available by phone to assist with any issues. However, the teams excelled in their tasks, proving they are not only a strong team at work but also in Geocaching.
After two thrilling hours, we reconvened at the Fletcher Waldhotel for the eagerly anticipated award ceremony. The team 'The Success Construction Site' claimed victory with an impressive 300 points. Close behind were the teams 'Excavation Pit' and 'Chaos Crew', both showing excellent performances with 285 points. The joy of a successful day was evident on all participants' faces.
This team building event in Heiligenhaus was a complete success, once again demonstrating the fun and camaraderie such an event can bring. Geocaching in Heiligenhaus is the perfect way to discover the city in a new, exciting way while simultaneously strengthening team spirit. An experience that will surely be remembered for a long time!
