Team Building Event IST Ingenieurbüro für Straßen- und Tiefbau Tjardes
On June 19, 2026, I had the pleasure of guiding the staff of IST Engineering Office for Road and Civil Engineering Tjardes through the exciting iPad Murder Mystery Tour in Wilhelmshaven. The 27 participants gathered eagerly on Grenzstraße, ready for an unforgettable team building experience.
After a warm welcome, I divided the group into five teams, and they were soon ready to dive into the adventure. Equipped with iPads that led them through the historic city, the teams began to uncover the secrets of Wilhelmshaven. The tour was not just a race against time but also an opportunity to experience the city's landmarks, such as the impressive Wilhelmshaven Town Hall and the stunning Christus- und Garnisonkirche, in a completely new way.
The teams were on their own, but the competition to score the most points sparked true team spirit. Participants solved tricky puzzles and completed creative team tasks while discovering the city's cultural treasures. The use of technology made the tour an interactive experience that was both thrilling and educational.
After three hours of excitement and discoveries, all teams reconvened on Grenzstraße for the awards ceremony. In an atmosphere filled with anticipation and excitement, the results were announced. Team 'Three' secured the victory with an impressive 330 points, followed by Team 'One' with 285 points and Team 'Canabist' with 240 points. The joy and pride of the winners were palpable and reflected the success of this team building event in Wilhelmshaven.
The weather was perfect, contributing to the good mood. The iPad Murder Mystery Tour was not only a competition but also an opportunity to strengthen collaboration and team spirit. Participants left the event with new experiences and a heightened sense of community. Wilhelmshaven showcased its best side, providing an ideal backdrop for such a team building event. I'm already looking forward to the next adventure in this fascinating city!
