Munich, the vibrant metropolis in the heart of Bavaria, is renowned for its rich history and lively culture. On June 19, 2026, I had the pleasure of conducting an iPad Tour for the company LUTZ | ABEL Rechtsanwalts PartG mbB. With 135 participants gathered on Brienner Straße, we embarked on our adventure filled with excitement and anticipation.
The tour kicked off with a warm welcome and a brief introduction to using the iPads and the CityHunters app. The participants were divided into 20 teams, each equipped with an iPad to guide them through the streets and sights of Munich. The teams navigated the city, passing impressive landmarks like the Frauenkirche and the New Town Hall, and delved into the fascinating blend of history and cutting-edge technology.
The weather was pleasant, providing the perfect backdrop for a team building experience in Munich. The participants were full of energy and enthusiasm as they solved puzzles and tackled creative team tasks. This interactive city exploration was not only a challenge for the mind but also an opportunity to strengthen team spirit and get to know colleagues better.
Throughout the tour, the teams engaged in friendly competition to score the most points. Tension rose as the clock ticked and points in the CityHunters app were updated. After 2.5 hours of intense exploration and fun, all teams reconvened at our starting point for the awards ceremony.
The highlight of the day was the celebratory awards ceremony, where 'Team 1' emerged victorious with an impressive 255 points. They were closely followed by 'Team 5' with 240 points and 'Team 4' with 220 points. The winning teams received medals in recognition of their outstanding performance.
This iPad Tour was an unforgettable team building event in Munich, presenting the city in a new light while also fostering camaraderie and collaboration among the participants. Munich provided the perfect setting for this adventure, which will be remembered for a long time.
