Team Building Event Raiffeisenbank Mecklenburger Seenplatte eG

On June 17, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading a Murder Mystery Geocaching event for 17 enthusiastic employees of Raiffeisenbank Mecklenburger Seenplatte eG in the picturesque town of Waren (Müritz). The participants gathered at the harbor, ready to dive into an adventure filled with puzzles and team spirit. After a brief introduction, the participants were divided into three teams, who bravely set off on their quest for clues and solutions.

Equipped with tablets and the special murder mystery app, the teams embarked on their journey to uncover the secrets of Waren. Known for its impressive landmarks like the Müritzeum and the historic St. Mary's Church, the town provided the perfect backdrop for our team building experience in Waren. As the teams roamed the streets, they solved challenging puzzles and demonstrated their teamwork.

The weather couldn't have been better – the sun was shining, and the atmosphere was lively. The participants eagerly worked on solving the puzzles and collecting points. In doing so, they not only discovered the beauty of Waren but also the strength of their collaboration. The mix of technology and adventure made this day an unforgettable experience.

After three exciting hours, all teams reconvened at the harbor for the grand award ceremony. It was a close call, but the team 'The Underdogs' managed to secure victory with an impressive 315 points. They were closely followed by 'ISB Hunters' with 300 points and 'RAIBA MUSCHINGs' with 255 points. There was great joy as I handed out the well-deserved personalized certificates to all participants.

This team building event in Waren was more than just a game – it was an opportunity to experience the town from a new perspective and strengthen team spirit. The murder mystery scavenger hunt was not only fun but also enhanced the group's cohesion. I'm sure this day will be remembered by the participants for a long time.
