Team Building Event Gleiss Lutz
On June 12, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading an exciting iPad Tour for the company Gleiss Lutz as a CityHunters team guide in the vibrant metropolis of Berlin. Our journey began at the bustling Washingtonplatz, where I divided the 23 curious participants into six teams. This division marked the start of an exhilarating team building experience in Berlin, leading participants through the streets and sights of this fascinating city.
The teams got acquainted with the iPads and the CityHunters app, which served as both a compass and a communication tool during the tour. Each team was on its own to tackle the challenges awaiting them at various stations. From tricky puzzles to creative team tasks, the tour was a perfect blend of fun and learning.
As the teams navigated through Berlin, they had the opportunity to discover some of the city's most impressive landmarks. The Berlin Cathedral, the Altes Museum, and the Bode Museum were just a few of the highlights along their route. These sites not only offered a historical insight but also challenged the team spirit and collaboration of the participants.
The weather cooperated, providing us with a pleasant backdrop for our adventure. The fresh air and the lively atmosphere of the city contributed to the teams' high energy and enthusiasm. As the team guide, I was always reachable by phone to assist with any questions or issues, but the teams handled the tasks brilliantly.
After three hours filled with excitement and joy, we reconvened at Washingtonplatz for the eagerly anticipated award ceremony. The team 'Wimistaffel' took the lead with an impressive 360 points. Close behind was the team 'Lost in Mitte' with 345 points, followed by 'Wir wollen zum Fest' with 315 points. The competition was fierce, but fun and team spirit were always at the forefront.
This iPad Tour was an unforgettable experience that not only brought the participants closer together but also showcased the beauty and charm of Berlin in a new, interactive way. Team building in Berlin once again demonstrated how history, culture, and modernity can be combined into a unique experience.
