Team Building Event Motan GmbH
Isny im Allgäu is renowned for its picturesque old town and fascinating attractions that draw visitors from near and far. On June 12, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching event for 24 enthusiastic employees of Motan GmbH. Our adventure kicked off at the lively marketplace, the perfect starting point for our team building experience in Isny im Allgäu.
After a warm welcome and brief introduction, the participants were divided into four teams. Equipped with tablets and a special app that guided them through the city, the teams set off to uncover the secrets of Isny im Allgäu. The goal was to solve tricky puzzles and collect as many points as possible. While the teams were on their own, I remained available by phone to assist with any potential issues.
The tour led the teams past some of the city's most beautiful landmarks. The Benedictine Abbey of St. George and the impressive Water Gate Tower not only provided a stunning backdrop but also featured exciting puzzles to solve. Despite occasional clouds in the sky, the weather was ideal for our adventure—not too hot and perfect for an extended city tour.
After three hours of intense sleuthing, all teams reconvened at the marketplace for the eagerly awaited awards ceremony. It was a joy to see participants interacting, sharing their experiences, and laughing together over the challenges they had faced. The blend of puzzle-solving and teamwork made this team building event in Isny im Allgäu an unforgettable experience.
The event not only offered the chance to discover the city from a new perspective but also to strengthen team spirit. Through collaboration and shared success, the participants grew closer together. A day full of adventure that will be remembered for a long time!
